Have you ever asked the question "Why am I acting this way" Many times we are trapped by a stronghold and not even aware of it. The best time to learn about strongholds is before you find yourself or a loved one trapped. This group will help you gain an understanding of life-controlling issues - how they develop and the impact they have on families, how to prevent or deal with them, and how to help others.

Living Free to Eat - Wednesdays - 6:30 pm - Cookeville home - Cost: Insight $12.00 & Free to Eat $11.00. Contact: Kimberly Kirby. This is a two part study-insight group that will help us identify strongholds in our lives and points us in the direction of freedom. Free to Eat will help those who struggle with a preoccupation with eating that keeps them from being their best for God.
